1. Return Window
- Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the original purchase date.
- Products received must be returned within 45 days of the original purchase date.
- Return requests received after 30 days will not be accepted.
2. Product Condition Requirements
To qualify for a return or refund, products must be:
- Unused and unopened in original condition
- In original, unopened packaging
- Complete with all original packaging, boxes, and accessories
- Free from damage caused by customer misuse or negligence
Note: Due to health and safety regulations, opened, used, or tested beauty and skincare products cannot be returned or refunded, even if only partially used.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
- Used, opened, or partially used products
- Products without original packaging
- Products purchased during final sale or clearance events
- Gift sets or bundle purchases (unless unopened)
- Products with expired shelf lives
- Items purchased more than 30 days ago
4. How to Initiate a Return
To return your products, follow these steps:

- Pack the products securely in original packaging and ship to the address provided.

Important: Returns must be shipped with tracking. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages during return shipping.
5. Refund Process and Timeline
Once your returned items are received and inspected:
- We will inspect the items to ensure they meet return condition requirements (typically 5-7 business days).
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
- Refunds typically appear in your account within 5-10 business days after approval.
- Refunds will include the product price but exclude original shipping costs.
- If a return label was provided for free, we will also cover return shipping.
6. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product:
- Contact us immediately (within 7 days of receipt) with photos showing the damage.
- We will provide a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
- Return shipping will be covered for damaged items.
- Replacements will be shipped immediately upon receipt of the damaged item.

- Sale and clearance items: Items marked as final sale cannot be returned. Please verify items are eligible before purchasing.
- Custom or personalized orders: Cannot be returned unless defective.
- International orders: Customers are responsible for all return shipping and customs fees.
